You will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic relationships, and managing the regional sales team to achieve revenue targets in the sale of the company’s professional product portfolio.
Successful candidate
- Based in Central Europe, with responsibility for sales in the Benelux region and Germany. Fluency in English and German is essential
- Technical Sales background with experience promoting engineered solutions, preferably within the automotive, or safety-critical environment sales sectors (EU)
- Enthusiastic and professional, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across all modern platforms, with the ability to engage effectively at all customer levels
- Willing to travel extensively across Europe (full driving licence and EU passport)
Main responsibilities
Team leadership
- Be a coach, mentor, and establish goals for the regional sales team
- Lead the customer-focused culture throughout the team, building excellent customer relationships
Customer relationship management
- Develop key accounts to drive sales growth, build strategic relationships, and gather customer and market insights
- Be the primary contact for major customers in the geographical region, promoting product solutions, agreeing commercial pricing, resolving issues, and supporting overall business growth
Business development
- Focus on the German-speaking regions of Europe (DE, AT, CH), identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and key accounts
- Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and other influencers to drive future growth, including attending industry events
Reporting & Analysis
- Monitor customer sales performance and provide accurate sales forecasts and market analysis using the CRM tool (Salesforce)
- Provide regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and feedback on market trends, competitor activity, customer needs, and risks
