As an export salesperson, you will focus on the German market. We believe in your expertise in business economics, your social skills, and your talent for negotiation. At BraunAbility, we emphasize communication, listening, and learning, and as an employee, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills. Your role focuses on creating and maintaining valuable international relationships.

The sales team at BraunAbility consists of eight multilingual go-getters. As a strong global player with colleagues in the UK, Denmark, and the USA, we are on a journey where we see our products playing a growing role worldwide.

 

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Maintaining and building strong relationships with our customers through regular contact
  • Expanding our presence and strengthening our grip on the German market
  • Traveling to German-speaking countries and collaborating with corporate clients, both large and small
  • Planning and organizing meetings, events, and trade fairs to promote knowledge about our products

 

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is relationship-oriented, social, and naturally driven
  • Has a strong business understanding and can balance customer needs with the company's goals
  • Offers reliable analytical skills to identify opportunities and optimize strategies
  • Is flexible and adaptable, ready to take on challenges in a dynamic environment

 

What we expect from you is:

  • Fluency in German and very good knowledge of Swedish and the corporate language, English
  • Solid experience in sales and negotiation, particularly in the B2B sector
  • A relevant technical and/or economic education
  • A valid driver's license (B), a general technical understanding, and an interest in mobility solutions

 

It's advantageous if you:

  • Have experience using CRM systems like Super Office, business systems like Monitor, and equivalent data programs
  • Are highly proficient in working with Microsoft 365 and other industry-standard software
  • Have experience in project management and strategic sales work

Your position is a permanent employment within the Unionen collective agreement. Start date and fixed salary according to agreement.

Requirements
